Communism in its true original form is a very good government (at least from technocratic and egalitarian point of view), unfortunately it is beyond reach for any economy on Earth as it's very expensive to maintain a communist country in a capitalist world. The communism is USSR fell because of the difference of the perceived and real wealth and privileges distribution. Nepotism and close-mindedness of the administrators as well as unpredictable supply of first grade commodities doomed USSR.

I mean TRUE communism. Leninism or Marxism. though i do like democracy...when intelligent people do the voting and don't treat it as if its no big deal like so many people do today.

Pick your war pal, Russia and the US were involved in many proxy wars during the Cold War. Corruption is apart of any government, that's not the sole reason why the Soviet Union fell. No one liked the communist rule, and alot of people dislike it today. Go over to Cuba and ask how as citizen how much they love their government.
I'm not trying to be an ass, but saying Communism is a good form of government is borderline illogical.
