Honestly man, you took the words outta my mouth.
Ive been playin guitar for years, and any time I ever lose inspiration, all I gotta do is see some Hendrix. Hes the reason I started to play, and I literally get chills when I see him perform and when I listen to his voice through the guitar.
There never has, nor will there ever be, anyone in human history on the level of Hendrix again. Sort of sad, really...

Nope. ONE of the GREATEST, yes, without any doubt. Why not THE greatest? Because that statement covers way too many musical genres and styles of playing and in effect, you'd be comparing apples to oranges, etc. |
