Isn't it crazy how this came out 11 years before nightmare b4 xmas yet the animation looks EXACTLY the same?!?!?! Excellent job on tim burton's part, REALLY captures the essence of what its like to obsess over someone you idolize and the desire to want to be just like them ;D By the way, did anyone else notice that the flute music at the beginning and end sounds like snake charmer's music?!?!?!?

I read somewhere that the episode of as told by ginger called "and she was gone" was based on this short.......you can really tell, even by just the animation and the dark, goth visual appeal of both characters from the two stories.Both stories are very good. : D
