By the way! For the anally retentive who are going to pitch in with comments about, timing, fumbled notes, etc, etc probably in some desperate hope of sounding authoritative and in some way a learned expert. How about you post your performance of the same song first before airing your shallow views......

Dan! Tried to write this out about three times now and can't quite find the right descriptive. Brilliant! Absolutely bloody brilliant! It's been a good while since I heard anyone play a cover of anybody else's song that made me stop in my tracks, least of all a tack quite as iconic as "Africa". Listened to no end of bands try to do that number and do it with anywhere near the grace your performance caught. Their efforts falling sadly at the wayside. Good Work Fella!

Dearest Andy-warm greetings from Rice Lake Ontario Canada-i love the way you open the whole thing up and let the guitar"vibrate" in the chorus's)(that always gets me)the whole arrangement is fabulous-Chianti-smokey-cheese-and-really-good-bread my only self-indulgent comment would would be -at the sacrifice of consistent tempo-which you do excellently- in the verses - at the end of the lines - ( sluttish-ly ) to put in a little fret-vibrato - just to sweeten' the liqueur.
lvoe & peace . . .dan
