The trailer here is fan made, but the footage is NOT "Fan Made". The entire 'Arms Race' trailer was made by WETA, the effects house behind Lord of the Rings, and Director Neil Blommkamp, who was attached to make the Halo movie. WETA went into pre-production, the movie was shelved, so they made the 8 minute "Arms Race" short.
