Love this song and I remember hearing it in '86 in 6th grade. If you listen to Janet Jackson's "Lets Wait A While" it sounds a bit like Human. Paticularly the background sound. Jimmy Jam and Lewis did write both songs.

There's nothing like 80's music. One of the best. 80's music had melody, which some music of today lacks. I find it funny that someone may say, melody and harmonies are "Sell Outs". It's basic music theory.
