Bootme21 is correct in saying the IRS is NOT a government agency! Kandyassmoron trys to sound intelligent with his bullshit ramblings of copying and pasting but once again he's proven wrong. If you look at the USC Title 31 chapter 3 is a list of Federal agencies actually created by law through Acts of Congress. You'll notice the IRS is NOT on that list. The IRS cannot claim to be a legitimate congressional agency. If it doesn't need to be listed here then why are all the rest listed there?

LOL you morons (Kandyassmoron, RetSquid, squonkstear, and orlofskye) are very entertaining with your false knowledge of legally interpreting law for how it's legally written. What I find most amusing though is the fact you believe the lies of what your government is telling you but you won't believe the lies of Faux news who is clearly controlled by that same government whom you so believe in??????? Very very hypocritical!!!

"Salman's argument that the Internal Revenue Service is not a government agency is wholly without merit."
Salman v. Jameson
Bootme, you should really consider looking beyond TP websites to do your research from now on. The IRS always has clearly been a part of the department of treasury, and all claims otherwise have been universally rejected by the courts.

"It is clear that the Internal Revenue Code gave the Secretary of the Treasury full authority to administer and enforce the Code, and the power to create an agency to administer and enforce the tax laws. Pursuant to that legislative grant of authority, the Secretary created the Internal Revenue Service, so that the IRS is an agency of the Department of the Treasury, created pursuant to Congressional statute."
Snyder v. IRS

Did you really mean: Diversified Metal Products, Inc. v. T-Bow Company Trust, Internal Revenue Service and Steve Morgan, 96-2 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 50,437 (D. Idaho 1996)
That's the case where the Courts ruled that the United States and not the IRS is the correct party. It said nothing about the IRS not being part of the US Government.
You wouldn't know the correct citation considering you copied your response directly from a TP website.

1. The IRS is not a U.S. Government Agency. It is an Agency of the IMF.
(Diversified Metal Products v.
IRS et al. CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate Report

2. The IMF is an Agency of the UN. (Blacks Law Dictionary 6th Ed. Pg. 816)

It is not part of the US government..."
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Good post squonkstear. The difference between Snipes and Willy is that Willy fell victim to poor advice and worked very hard to pay what he owed to the IRS. Snipes is pulling shenanigans with not making his required reports to the court. The judge allowed him to travel internationally while he appeals his sentence and I wouldn't be surprised if he never comes back. |
