I would guess that everyone here that is talking against this ruling by the Supreme Court.. they probably do not understand what something called 'Habeas Corpus' is...
because if you understood this, you would understand that it's not like we are just gonna let these guys run free.
STOP BEING BRAINWASHED, TURN OFF THE NEWS.
ALL THIS MEANS is that the government doesn't have the right to detain people indefinately, without giving them the right to a trial by law.

i don't see anything in either of my posts that would be considered "talking shit about 9/11" i just stated a fact.
and at the rate that we are spending money, our own government is turning us into a 3rd world society. my intentions are not to destroy America but to protect freedom & people's rights.
and i dont understand what you mean by letting violent criminals run free.. if your talking about giving detainees habeas corpus, then you sound like Bill O'Reilly on my TV last night, haha~

crap what are you talking about. criminals are running free because of laws that protect them. it's not that there's not enough manpower to get them they just get a lawyer and get off the hook. 9-10 there's some loophole in the law that sets criminals that are quilty of hard crimes free. look at oj just to name a few - practically caught in the act. he's guilty as sin but gets to roam free. that's 1 of millions of hard criminals that roam free everyday because of protective laws for crims.

and 15 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia.. NONE were from Iraq or Afghanistan.
