You definitely don't know Shakira. She is not "slut", her body is shown in her videos because she needs to do that for her dances, she doesn't like doing it but she has to. This song is for her boyfriend that she has dates for 8 years, she can't be a "slut". The words you choose can also be used to show your personality, you aren't really a nice person, but if you knew Shakira you would know that she is nice and Godly which I really doubt that you are because you know little but say the worst.
