what kinds of lights are those?
they cant be normal led's, those trails are unnaturally long and consistent..

Go for it! I would suggest some shoe lace instead of normal string so you don't hurt your hands with normal string. I also suggest to go slowly, not only to become fluent, but glowsticks hurt badly if you hit yourself at high speeds. And save your spent glowsticks for practice sticks. It may be a good idea to start with a pair of long socks with a tennis ball in each one to start getting the basics because sock poi spin slower then glowsticks and are more forginving then glowsticks.

That was the most amazing poi performance I have ever seen. There is nothing like watching a fluent Poi dancer spin. Needless to say, those antispin flowers where hypnotic and inhumanly fluent.

That blew my mind, I got some glow poi's today as a gift and this video gives so much inspiration to practice, The antispin flowers were amazing.

That was so cool... I've never seen anything like that... I'm gunna attach some glowsticks to some string and try that sometime... I'll probably horribly fail and hurt myself really badly...
