This song was written by Alanis for her surgeon who sucessfully removed all her hemmorhoids. Before she had to sit on a donut and couldn't bnd enough to put on clothes. The area between her legs is blurred not because of her rotten cooch, but because her 'roids hung down like grapes.

This song was written by Alanis and Glenn after a trip to India made by Alanis for some soul searching. She was at a crossroad in her life and needed time to reflect where she found that in India. The song does reflect on bulimia and anorexia at one point since Alanis did suffer from this in her early years. She went on a carrot and black coffee diet whidh is suggested in this song but it is really much more. It's about a realization, reflection and gratitude. She bared her soul on this one
