Even if he does have vitiligo or whatever its called he did do a lot of obvious changes like changes to his nose, so you can't say someone is crazy for thinking he changed his skin color to.

ok people just to clear this up... Michael didn't write this song! It was for a movie about rats (ben) and they originally wanted Donny Osmond to sing it but he wasn't available so they asked Michael. He did not write a song about rats! It is a beautiful song about friends!
