This is the most horrible and biased poetry I've ever seen. She neglects to mention that her Muslim and Arab peoples were slave trading around the time the white man was "butchering the Indians. ".

it's not so much that she's calling white people out as a whole, that would defy the purpose of her poem anyway...her point is that just because she, too, is Muslim doesn't mean she's a terrorist, because she doesn't look at "Mike" and assume he's a terrorist...she gave the example of the native americans and how the white europeans took their land and at one point thought about spreading small pox through blankets...the point is, people of all races and all religions will do wrong...
