HIGHTIDEPJC i can just say that no band write all his songs alone...there are ever some songs who were written by some other people but i think they are great guys...my fav is Heaven is a Halfpipe

I'm sorry, but I have to say that I don't believe for one second that the guys in this band actually wrote all these songs. I don't think anyone could ever get this famous on their own by writing and preforming such shitty songs. I figure they just had the look that the record label was looking for (you can't deny that they are cookie cutter matches of the whole new style and fashion associated with southern california surfing scene),

and they got famous by selling out to the record label and playing whatever songs the label's crew of 40 year old song writers wrote to appeal to impressionable teens. I wouldn't be surprised if this band has sunglasses sponsors and "cool, latest clothes from the surf mag" sponsors. Really quite silly if you like this band and you're over 15 years old.

I freakin' LOVE this video! OPM is a great band, and they've got MAJOR talent. Over the years they've put out tons of good songs, and this one is one of the best. Heaven is a Halfpipe is my all-time favorite, and Brighter Side was really good too. Anyone who doesn't like OPM must not have very good taste in music. They ROCK! <3
