A Peruvian staple, ceviche comes in many forms, but the basic ingredients are fresh fish and lime. Here I use Tilapia with diced tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper along with the lime, of course. Ceviche is garnished with Peruvian popping corn, sweet potatoes and diced avocado.

what a guy the Cancha or Peruvian dried corn you have to make in low hit, also tomatos avocado in a Peruvian Ceviche? are you nuts ? Noe In the north or Peru they used tomatos in their ceviche but is only one slice for decorations, in this ceviche you are mising the aji limo, and rocoto

Avocado? tomato? oil? that's not a peruvian ceviche!!! ...Palta? tomate? aceite? definitivamente ese NO es un ceviche perucho...chimpum callao!!!

This guy is very white and just a little bit clueless. You don't add tomatoes to a classic Ceviche plate (maybe in Mexico, I dunno.) The way he cooks the corn? You can just boil it like regular corn, bro. Decent video. At least it'll give certain people incentive to try this Peruvian dish.
