Noe In the north or Peru they used tomatos in their ceviche but is only one slice for decorations, in this ceviche you are mising the aji limo, and rocoto

This guy is very white and just a little bit clueless. You don't add tomatoes to a classic Ceviche plate (maybe in Mexico, I dunno.) The way he cooks the corn? You can just boil it like regular corn, bro.
Decent video. At least it'll give certain people incentive to try this Peruvian dish.

Yes, i am agreement with you original ceviche peruvian never bring tomatoes or avocado, pepper I am thinking that is some variety of ceviche but is fine.

i ate ceviche in mexico(in cozumel) and it had tomatoes,i think thay should not say it is ceviche Peruano, cuz is not the way peruvian ceviche is, is ok u can do however u want to make ceviche but just not call it Peruvian,the could be a"variante" but not peruvian definitivamente.

es una version tex-mex del ceviche peruano....avocado= palta , y tomate en un ceviche ????....no es ceviche peruano, en lo mas minimo.
