okay nobody can beat beyonce ok not whitney mariah, nobody, beyonce hands down, she knows her voice is confident with it and how she can use it and she just goes for it.mariah looks like an amatuer new to the music game, considering her arms were flayling at the end as if she wasnt sure shed get the notes, terrible terrible, she needs to sing like she did in the nineties

This song, aside from being our National Anthem and as such, deserving of respect, is about a time of war. It's about the feeling of pride when the American flag was seen, the next day, "by the dawn's early light". I like Mariah but she sang this like she was in a lounge in Hoboken! Nobody beats Faith Hill.

OMG!! thats unreal.. when she hits that high note, i was not expecting that. it sounds kinda funny haha!! I think Carrie Underwood or the Dixie Chicks have the best version, but this 1 is good
