if your just starting dont over do it start with for 2-3 depending on you phyisical ability and if your really sore after 1 dont push it you will benifit more by not straining your yourself.

this is confusing. 15 reps = 1 set right?
so hes saying just one of those...a day?
im sure a decent workout is about 5 sets of 15 reps?

jeez... and i thought 50g was the daily recommendation.
i weight 55 (i'm a light kid) so thats more than 100g. That's almost equivalent to 12 glasses of Soymilk everyday (with each serving around 8.5g.)
whenever i take in high amounts of protein at once i get watery ending .......

I used to get headaches everytime I lifted weights and I pursued so bad that I found that working out with dumbells "one arm at a time" (left then right or vice versa one time each as a set) I have absolutely had no problems with headaches ever again. Hope I can help someone out! GET TO WORK |
