This is the best student film i've ever seen animation style and quality. I do have to say that I had no idea what was happening the entire time, but I still enjoyed it.

That was awesome. Although I don't remember the lights turning on until they were down the ladder. It'd be cool to see ome of those beetle scavengers and such.

Wow...this is one damned professional-looking student film. One of the best I've ever seen, actually. The visuals are amazing.

After reading "2001: A Space Odyssey" as a kid I really got into Arthur C. Clarke & ended up reading all his books. "Rendezvous With Rama" is my favorite & this is a perfect vision of it! I'd love to see this expanded for the whole story!

Of course they are highly similar, they both come from the author Arthur C. Clarke. He wrote both books. 2001: A Space Odyssey is the film adaptation.
