My point is Blacks and Whites evolved separately in a span of thousands of years. It would be safe to assume that different climate condition contributed to different genetic traits common to that group.
Whites had to evolve more complex minds to survive the harsh environment in the Eurasian continent.
Blacks didn't have to be smart. They evolved longer and stronger legs to run away from predators.
I don't get why everyone has to be equal. Life isn't fair. Deal with it.

If a so-called Black person is mixed with White. Say a Mulatto or an Octoroon of course they're average I.Q. would be higher. Just take the so-called Black inventors and geniuses you have in Black History month. All of them had White ancestry. These "Black" inventors inherited their genius from the White race.

Whites have higher IQ because of the easy access to education (different from blacks), not because we're naturally intelligent. It's not a biological factor, it's sociology! The natural sciences can't be isolated from humans sciences.

Well, Philip Emeagwali is the an exception to the rule. The average black i.q. is 20 points lower than the average white i.q. So overall whites do have a higher i.q.!

James Watson has a high IQ, however compared to other "geniuses" or "really smart people" it is really not all that high. He falls around 128 which is really good, but Sharon Stone(the actress) beats him with an IQ of 154
