Nice job guys! Excellent story, very human (believable) characters, and gives you lots to think about intellectually and spiritually. Keep it up and good luck on your future productions!

Just a quick note on the Japanese flute issue. It's supposed to feel a bit uncomfortable, as Kiko plays into the stereotypes that she's very aware of. So moments later, when she says she made it up, we're free to say, "oh thank god! The filmmakers weren't serious about that!"

Awesome movie. Seriously. It's one of the best independent films I've ever seen. I had no problem following the dialog, and thought all of the characters, while a little over the top, were very cleverly written. Please make more movies.

but about the video.. I think I need to watch it again, there is alot of dialogue I didn't catch. But I love the message though, definitely sharing this with friends.

funny side char's at points
right actor for protagonist
music good
neg:
story carried by dialogue rather than action
bad dialogue-- few of the conversations make sense
often doesnt make any sense--conflict btw guy and girl is unclear
not exciting-- slow moving
weird
no resolution btw guy and girl @ the end
lacks clarity- metaphors go over audience's head
