I was not a Letterman watcher, but wandered in late one night and saw this live. From that point on I was an REM fan. Oct 83, I was a sophomore in high school, and I was hooked. It is great to see this again as, oddly, I have never seen a replay and probably haven't seen Letterman 10 times in the 25 years since.

I remember my brother and I saw this show on TV. I thought they were cool and was glad they played real instruments like The Beatles and The Byrds played. Next day I went out and bought "Reckoning".

Buck is too much!!!! He has(or had 15 yrs ago) the coolest house on Cobb St in Athens.Old victorian style with a widows walk on top.the front walk had all kinds of old ass coins placed into the cement. I wonder what it goes for now!!
