I'm not exactly sure but liver and kidney failure (drug abuse / overdose) causes skin color and the eye whites to get yellowish. Maybe hes talking about being really fucked up on something? For those of us that have overdone it, seeing and hearing things is not uncommon. In any event it's a good song and AHC is great.
