childrens don't think to commit crimes and murder. they thank about sports, hanging out with friends and have a good time, go out to he malls and have a girlfriend. When teen/childrens thinks and act out the murder, or harming and hurting someone else. That there validate them to be adult. Only Adults would think of such action.

This Human Rights Committee crap is a joke. We need more prisons than the rest of the world b/c we are a free and open society. Also, our prisons are palaces compared to the rest of the world. Finally, here's a tip for all the inmates complaining about their treatment in prison: Don't commit a crime and you won't have to worry about it.

What kind of message would we be sending if we went far too easy on teens who committed MURDER? The fact that they were young is the most bullshit excuse I've ever heard of.
When I was 5, killing was wrong, it was wrong when I was 10, 15, and now being 20 I still understand the severity of committing one of the most ultimate crimes.
I just think of the murdered person who no longer has a beating heart or breath and their families. Then try to feel sorry for the criminal.
