I remember hearing the "molossus" song from the Batman soundtrack on TV in the living room and I thought to myself "WTF. I can't believe a movie is totally ripping off that awesome batman song."
I go out into the living room and realize that Batman 2 is coming out!! XD

There are two types of Batman movies now. The first four, with Clooney, Keaton and Kilmer, and now Batman Begins. Batman Begins blows the others out of the water; it's more human, more real, and much deeper. The thing is, The Dark Knight is the first Batman movie not to have Batman in the title - short answer, they're distancing themselves from the other crap films. Plus, I hear it actually has plot relevence.

Everyone knows that The Dark Knight is Batman anyway. It's just Batman's subtitle, and, quite frankly, I don't think another Batman (random one-word here) title would fit well with the audience.
