Listening to this reminds me of my childhood back in Red Hook, Brooklyn, same stoops, same church, same houses. only difference we called the sause "Sause" Meat balls and sauages, and we seperated our meat and cooked the sause seperate Uncle had a Ulcer...no acid

I loved your video; it took me back to when I was a kid. Its a shame that no mater how much we try to preserve our heritage. It will end with our generation. The things that we all grew up with and loved; our grandchildren will never know. I still have holidays dinners at my home, and hope every one will show to enjoy the food and being family and friends; I know in my heart that when I go its over in my family. Maybe a little is just lost with each generation, who knows
