how dare that short legged dwarf beat that long legged beauty monica? what were the american audience thinking of? they must be mad, precilla presley could be monica's grand mother and monica is no spring chicken, monica was robbed and i hope that dwarf that beat her was eliminated in the following round! by the way that remake of hairspray was pants and i hope Divine is turning in his/her grave!

EXTREME MAKEOVER - Thanks for posting this, haven't got this show down in OZ. I've always loved watching Monica play tennis and have gone thru the emotional ups and downs of her very young life, from the incredible highs of winning Grand Slams at 16 to the stabbing. Monica became a caring and more well rounded human being after that tragic event and we loved her even more. Now this incredible Cinderella story, her physical trasformation is truly like an extreme makeover without the surgery.

No, people in the states definitely know her and have followed her career. I agree with you I enjoy watching growth and improvement. However, it's the 6th season now, and audiences expect a lot already, and just compared to all the other female dancers, she wasn't good. She got 15s both times, and the judges' scores count for half. People probably did vote for her, but it wasn't enough. Also, if it weren't a double elimination, she probably would have been safe for at least one more week.

This show would be more fun with non dance experience stars like Monica, where we can see continued efforts each week. A lot of them on this show can dance already. It the same with the UK version...girl band star who danced all her life won the UK version!!!

mrs. presley looks horrible. german magazines posted pictures of her. oh my god -way too much botox...LOL... no face expression anymore - like a zombie!

i think she really improved and the show is not about being already perferkt in dancing. i think its more interesting when you see someone never danced before and is working hard and harder every week. I think its not fair but somehow i have the feeling there are other reasons why she did not come further. Maybe people in the states dont know her.... |
