Do the cops stop you everytime you drive down the street minding your own business and accuse you of a crime cause you are an AmerInd Latino? I doubt it. I do not hear hate from Wright..just anger abt the way one segment of US is treated. And if everyone knew their science they'd know that all HUMAN LIFE began on the African continent. and abt history, not until 50 yrs ago were blacks given BASIC freedom in the US! Repercussions from slavery will not go away so soon.

I could care less what my great-great-great grandfather may have done to someone's great-great-great grandfather. Does ANYONE get that? I'm concerned with the now. Yes racism exists in MANY forms today, but consistently bringing up the past & saying you can't forget the past if you want to move forward is keeping the racism alive. Peace & LOVE to all my fellow HUMANS--black, white, yellow, brown, red, green, magenta! If you turned all of us inside out, guess what? Same color.....

Like I've pointed out to many, people are not angry at slavery itself, but the brutality of it. I know history as well, and I know that slaves in Africa that were caught as spoils of war were not treated inhumanely or less than human. In America, slaves were demoralized, dehumanized, etc. Even after slavery, Blacks tried to live in peace, but the Whites then wouldn't allow this. So the KKK is formed. This is why we're angry. The brutality and inability to let us be equal.
