Actually, party (in this sense) is not "partie" in French, it's "boum" or "fete" - "partie" is the feminine past participle of the verb "partir" (e.g. je suis partie). The whole song is not in French - for example, "le beat".
It is an amazing song :) I study French and I love their franglais mix
