Yes, but could you write a good song? The Beatles were not very talented on their instruments either, but they wrote some of the best music. Now, some might say Kiss had bad songs, but you still hear them on the radio, don't you?

Yes. And Shwan Lane wiped EVH's ass all over the place in 1979 when Shawn was just 16. Look up his name on here and you'll see. But who cares really cares? Ace and EVH have different styles. Yes, EVH was brilliant but so was ACE in his own way. End of story.
