The following description was what I originally posted. I have since been repeatedly corrected. Yes, I should have done more research. But at the time, it was the first one-shot that I could recall. Anyway, this was what I first posted as a description: This is a groundbreaking music video in that it was filmed as a single shot, and (to the best of my knowledge) is the first to do that. It's a striking contrast to typical music videos, which often use more than a hundred shots edited together. I normally wouldn't post a clip like this, but nobody else seems to have a version in which the audio is synchronized with the video. (Even the original was a little wack, and I've done a tiny alteration to get the band in the living room AND Tracy's televised singing to line up with the sound. Usually you get one or the other.) Enjoy! *Any comments with strong language will be rejected*

Yeah, I remember hearing this song when I was in high school. I also remember that midway through the song when she goes from singing to screaming, it genuinely scared me! haha

This song is just about parents letting go during the empty nest stage. Let's not read too much into it.

mayb It shows how much she loves her mum, how much her mum has done for her and how she finds it hard to be away or grow up, did her mum send her away "for the best", the disinterest in mum shows mayb her M isnt listening physically or emotionally, hasnt heard her cry for help, and that is the longest post i will bore u with, or not, oh and i dont respond to mundane childish negative feedback,but a flock of mid fingers for u if u do!remember its an opinion not an educated fact isnt it?

i started vocal tuition at 6 by the time i was 21 i fell inlove with Tracey Bonham, her voice is close to vocal perfection in my opinion and so i learnt how to singscream, there a few women who can pull this off accurately, beautifully raw and full of energizing power, the legend herself, Janis Joplin,Bjork, a little darker but still so talented the beautiful Brody Dalle from the latest Spinerettes and the now gone Distillers, thankyou for the training
