I think it's because there's an american interviewer to offset his accent more than him just talking alone.
p.s. scottish accents are great :)

We were all glued to our TV sets b/c of Britney? 1) I wasn't. 2) She's a human being. Give her a little bit of space. I'm convinced that half the reason she's so batty is b/c she's been pestered by the freaking media too much. If people were constantly watching and criticizing me, I'd lose it, too. Let's care enough about her as a human being to let her live.
