Can we dry the sliced potatos chips at medium power in a microwave and then fry?... Would it improve the quality 'cause as Sanjay says the purpose is to remove the moisture before frying...I do feel Sanjay should perhaps include recipes for microwave cooking too....keep up the good work!!
