Oh no sorry it doesn't matter, i DO have IE 8.0 Beta but i used firefox instead to download it!

If you are on Internet 8.0 Beta go to the top right by the Refresh/Go which is right by the Stop button and press the thing with the broken paper thing and click it now click the link t download and it will now go to the download page
