actually...we thought the same thing when we saw it the first time
but wait a little while longer...it is there
both Heath and a stuntman died during the production of TDK. They are both mentioned somewhere in the middle of the credits.
As far as I can remember it says:
"In memory of our friends Heath Ledger & Conway Wickliffe"
