I don't think he's talking about that twisting effect... he means the one that starts up around 1:54.
That one with the "grid" on the moving platform is just an optical illusion, pay attention to the bottom.

We're here to listen to some great belgian music and people talk about Vlaanderen en Wallonïe. We should be glad to be in a country with such great music and musicfestivals. Music and festivals should make us united. Ik heb veel van vlaamse vrienden die naar Dour hebben gegaan and wale vrienden die naar Pukkelpop zullen gaan. Misschien spreken we een verschillend taal maar we hebben sommige raakvlakken!
And btw, ik heb Goose gezien in "les transardentes" in Luik, het was zaaalig!! They rock(L)
