Very true. Romans 10:9-10 says, "That if you confess with your mouth 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."
Jesus Christ opened the way for us all. We shouldn't be making arguments about methodologies and such. Rather, we should be singing praises to the King, making His name famous.

Hmmm, I believe that if you believe in Christ as your Savior then you will find salvation. It doesn't matter what Denomination you are.
