yea, dude, the song is like jailhouse rock, jailhouse rock starts with those two chords then those two beats, or however you want to describe it, scott walker basically slowed it down by however many tempos...if you listen to it, you'll hear it, if you haven't already, it's pretty cool...

I read in an interview that those two guitar chords throughout the song are the same opening chords as "Jailhouse Rock" by Elvis Presley, just downtuned 8 steps or so and played on a baritone guitar. It makes sense, seeing as the song is apparently supposed to be a conversation about 9/11 between Elvis and his brother Jesse. That said, musics never made me truly frightened until this song.
