I love the discussion here! I don't know if anybody mentioned it, but check out the version of "Tangled..." on the album Real Live where Dylan makes some interesting changes to the lyrics and persective of the storyteller. Great album as well-with former Rolling Stone, Mick Taylor playing electric guitar.

It's difficult to improve on a Dylan song without taking something away from it at the same time. I thought this video was magnificent and only added to the song.

Your not wierd. I'm sixteen and I listen to older music lol, because I can't stand new music... its all crap :P my music diet: bob dylan, jimi hendrix, grateful dead, devo, BNL, the clash,pink floyd, ramones.. and more old music <_< I'm wierd. your not.
