Well you know 20 somethings, they think they are super heroes, yet their brains aren't attacted to their muscles. I told younger kids that just because you are big, doesn't mean you can fight. You need smart muscle to fight. What I mean is, if your brain has no relationship to your muscles through training and habit, you are just a big guy with big muscles nothing more. Good fighters have smart muscle, gain by training. lol, t-shirts will get a guy in trouble.
