Single Paradiddle-diddles are totally out of the way of the Diddle Rudiments. It's like RLRRLL LRLLRR. My drum teacher can do it around the speed of the fastest tempo. It's insane!

it looks like he goes into a buzz roll once its the really fast tempo. how on earth can you keep the paradiddle sticking rlrr lrll at that speed? im guessing the popular response will be practice but jeeez man

Yes. If its played with any other sticking its not a paradiddle.
And the sticking doesnt change frequently. It alternates between
RLRR off the right hand and
LRLL off the left hand
