OH GOD!...he has said it thousands of times, that he was born is Wales, but he always lived in England....It's as you was born in Japan, you spent there 2weeks, and than you go home to I don't know where...you are not japanese....and by the way England is NOT the same as British....

No, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are individual countries, which are collectively known as the United Kingdom.
