you say carmen used it like it was a bad thing. i think the fact that he was brilliant enough to use such a wonderful piece and make it pop is fantastic. in music, everything has been done before. i think rach would think that this was pretty cool if he could see his idea being used over 70 years later, becoming a hit. carmen realized that although the means of which music was played had changed over the years, there was no reason not to use the ideas created by the greatest composers. |
