The only reason they abuse is the failure of the system. Yes it is the falt of the same people who want to enslave and isolate the offender perpetuating the problem. Teaching that the chain of abuse can be broken is not the acton now and with no hope afforded them America has given up. What a bunch of wimps. Creating hell on earth for both is what the American plublic has been doing for decades. Smart huh? To turn this around is your responceability cause you made the mess, can you say cleanup!
