That's not true at all. In fact maxing your upload can slow your connection down. Set your upload to 10KB or 10% of your max so you can still use your connection for other purposes. You can max your upload when you're away or asleep.

okej that first thing sounds wired i dl in 800kb/s home at my mom and upload in 100kb/s at my dad i download in 4.6mb/s and upload in like 1mb/s^^ never go so slow as i am uploadning then i would never ever use torrent again.
