I sense the bitterness and tears in your post, dum-dum.....your Red Rockin' DoucheRag is nothing but a faded memory and Diamond Dave is back with the VH boys and kickin' ass like the old days! The people have spoken and they love David Lee Roth....always been like that, always will be. Sure, Van Hagar had a couple #1 albums, but that's because they were all over MTV and Top 40 radio...and besides, Britney Spears had #1 albums does that make her equal to Van Halen? Nigga, please, grow a brain.

WRONG...and you know what who FUKING CARES. Last I checked it's about the music and they made great music with Sammy. See I like BOTH but I'm not going to stand for some biased idiot like you who consistently talks out of your ass. Get over it. It's not 1984 anymore. You just can't admit that they were very successful and put out great music with Sammy fronting the band. For almost 12 years he fronted VH. Dave's solo career was over by 1988-ish wasn't it. Biker bars really...you're an idiot!!!

The 2004 Van Hagar tour totaled 80 shows for a tour gross of $55 million.....the 2007/08 Dave VH tour had 76 shows with a tour gross of $95 million - almost TWICE the gross with LESS shows. Now which singer do VH fans prefer, stupid? Dave wins...AGAIN...and Spammy is playing county fairs and biker bars for his meal ticket. Diamond Dave was always the fan favorite, and he proved it in '07-'08.....choke on that!

WELL..that's an idiots way of looking at it. In 2004 they grossed $42 million in what 4 months. This tour has gone on ALOT longer than that and yes with the ticket prices they are charging no wonder they GROSSED a record amount. Dude you can't compare gross sales for 8 months of touring in 2008 to any long tour pre-1995. Apples and oranges...just like how you comparing Sammy touring solo to VH. Let's compare Sammy touring solo to Dave touring solo shall we...sorry but Dave can't sell out a club |
