This happenned at school, so it was a fight at school. The fact they got jumped doesen't make it a fight. My point is media bias works both ways. This information I am telling you came from news reports. I have not made anything up or relied on word or mouth. Don't sit here and try to act like this was some brutal crime. These things though not racially charged happen at schools every day. He talked racial crap he got his ass beat simple as that. Get over it. Whites started all the troubleanyway

You say the beating of the black kid is exaggerated but you rely on the statements about the beatings of Barker, when it is PROVEN HE WAS OUT AND ABOUT THAT NIGHT. You claim that black kids were the initiators in the shotgun incident.Again how can you initiate someone PULLING A SHOTGUN ON YOU.

Have you even seen the witness reports? THAT is why they are being tried for such a heavy crime, and it is a good thing. Vigilantism can not be accepted. Especially not in schools. When people see such a brutal crime, they want justice. Attepted murder was heavy, but it was lowered. None actually went to trial for that at all. And YES, feet can indeed be deadly weapons when stomping an unconscious head, and there is legal precedent for it (La v. Munoz - and in other states as well).

Of course there are some racists and injustice in the area, but not just for black people. I have followed this very close. You are relying on a lot of rumor, and only from one side. You really need to look into it and not be so prejudiced. Gang assaults are illegal. There was NO school fight, but a brutal assault and there is no way for you to what sentence someone would get before they get it.

I don't need to justify myself to you. I know a lot and I was at the damn rally in Jena. Everyone knows what is going on here. Only whites are trying to cover up the fact because they are ashmed of still being the racist they are. They are ashamed of an America built on lies and false promises. The melting pot? Go read the history of the months leading up to this and the black kid who was beaten. Why is the media ignoring that. Two wrongs aren't right but he deserved to get his ass beat.

They were charged with a serious crime because were dealing with a double standard of justice in a Napolean outdated prehistoric, white justice system. Where are the white kids who jumped the black kid before this? Thery weren't even gonna expell or charge the neuces hangers with anything until blacks went into action again. THE DA IN THE TOWN TOLD THEM HE COULD TAKE AWAY THEIR LIVES WITH A STROKE OF A PEN. One had to plead guilty, look at whats he is up against. Bell's Counsel also stiffed him

I know more about this than you. Im near the dam town. I have told you several times the only reason they are not facing 100 years anymore is because of the political pressure of blacks leaders and other groups. The fact I am saying they were facing 100 years at ONE time. I know the charges are dropped. Using your feet as a deadly weapon? Only in Louisiana. **** YOUR serious crime. If kids could go to school without being harrased after all blacks have fought for. That is the real issue. |
