"POP" is another word for POPular. Yes the genre of the CCR's remake is "rock song", but they made it POPular. This mive by itself is POP. The companies helped a lot this version to become commercial. This is a "POP" Strategy. I didnt say its bad... Many bands become twice popular just because they made a cool remix...
