Nevada Property Tax Restraint Initative - Election 2008
Don Gustavson turns in the signatures for the Nevada Property Tax Restraint Initative, which now heads to the Supreme Court on July 1, for a constitutional challenge to the new law passed in the 2007 legislature that limits the time allowed to collect signatures for initatives by Nevada voters.
