sp0rtj0ck its basically the girl has the husband wish is the guy whos dead he doesnt know hes dead and she is depressed so she goes out and he trys to stop her when she gets whacked by a car to be with him and it showed the newspaper on the table was the newpaper at the end with the guy wish was the husband of the girl
