When I did this track I was heavily into Tears for Fears and the keys and arrangement I did reflects that. I still enjoy hearing it.

I liked her too...owned both Tell It To My Heart and Can't Fight Fate on cassette. :) She was prettier though in I'll Be Your Shelter than this...although this is my fave song by her...spring 1990, just b4 the 90's DESTROYED music

let me correct what i said before. i was like in 5th grade when this song come out. i really like the bg singers t.d. has in the video, i believe that you have to have powerhouse vocals to have bg singers like that. and a dream of mine is to sing bg for a singer with that calibur of vocals. fklindsey

i've always wanted to say fergie looked like taylor in the glamous video. i was 5th grade, also like the background vocals. very few people can hang with background singer unless you have some vocal. always a dream for me is to be a background singer.lol fklindsey

Hahaha, you young folks just kill me, if you didn't have a Taylor Dayne cassette in your ride back in those days you were toast, because all the young gals wanted to be Taylor. Personally, I liked Miss Dayne, just didn't let the macho guys know it. |
